Radial chasers are used for cutting thread M, G, UNC.

It is made from high-speed steel . There are 3 types of cutting heads: III, IV and V.

Lethe turning knifes are used for thread rolling. They have same shape as thread profile. These radial dies are commonly used to manufacture precisely moveable screws, screw-taps, thread gauges and thread of machine parts where is necessery heigh accurency. Accurency is guaranted by moveable screw of the lethe with trapezoidal thread. It's rotation is synchronized with rotation of product spindel.

Radial dies are good in cut of external threads. They are made from high speed steel. Thread is cutting in several rotates. Knife is moving in direction of product according to pitch of the thread. Infeed of dies to the product during roughing is realized slant. Chip is cuted only with one edge. Knife is moved perpendicular again axe of the product during finish part of turning.
